Summary

Away from their native Scotland, James and Elizabeth Carsell-Brown find that 1929 New York is neither the most financially nor socially secure place to be. Strange occurrences start to happen to James's family and colleagues and his company are struggling to stay afloat in the lead up to the big Wall Street Crash. Little do they know, there are some that have already seen it happen and although James and Elizabeth cannot predict the future, it seems that they have some guardian angels to guide them in the right direction.
