A single breath

Clarke, Lucy, 1981-2015
Large Print
One day Ella's young, gorgeous husband gets swept away by a giant wave whilst fishing in Bournemouth - and Ella's life gets swept away with him. After fruitless weeks of searching for his body Ella holds a memorial but with no body she has no closure, so she leaves her friends and family in search of his. But she doesn't get a warm welcome in Tasmania. His father isn't interested in swapping memories and his brother - who looks so like him - is hostile. Ella feels defensive and sad, but she also can't put her finger on why she feels so unsettled. When she discovers she's 6 weeks pregnant, she's determined to heal the rift for her unborn child's sake.
