When Marsha tries to return a purchase to the 18th floor of a store, she is surprised to find out that no such floor exists. Feeling faint, she lies down in the manager's office and wakes up after the store has closed. Wandering the store, she hears voices calling her to the 18th floor as her shopping trip continues in an unexpected way.
